Avenga seeks a Principal AI Engineer to be the technical authority for AI-driven software delivery in manufacturing projects. You will shape engineering strategy and architectural standards, establishing AI governance and enabling enterprise-scale adoption of AI across the SDLC.

You will lead governance, security, quality, and traceability while guiding teams through AI-enabled requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations—empowering AI-native engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI-driven software delivery in complex environments.
• Strong background in large language model orchestration and RAG use cases.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps and AI governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce AI engineering standards and governance.
• Drive enterprise-scale adoption of AI throughout SDLC.
• Guide teams in AI-native design, development, testing, deployment and operations.
