East Central University seeks a Grants Coordinator to implement, monitor, and coordinate the Opioid & Stimulant Prevention Services Grant program on campus. You will lead coalition planning, reporting, capacity building, project implementation, volunteer recruitment, and coordinate local media outputs and resource management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling or appropriate related field.
  • 3-5 years equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of prevention field and research-based prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor and coordinate Opioid & Stimulant Prevention Grants.
  • Coordinate coalition planning, reporting, capacity building, project implementation, volunteer recruitment and coordination, local media outputs.
  • Provide information or training on evidence-based programs on campus and monthly outreach events.
  • Distribute prevention resources and coordinate Take Back Day activities.
  • Coordinate annual student and prevention surveys and participate in state collaborative meetings.
