ABB is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work model. You will work on global client projects, leading power system studies and providing practical engineering solutions.

The role focuses on developing expertise in protection coordination, arc flash analysis, and grid integration while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to complex projects across multiple countries, mentor junior engineers, and deliver clear reports.

Formación

• Power system studies including short circuit, protection coordination and arc flash analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in power systems engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of SKM, EasyPower, ETAP or similar.
• Protection design, settings development and coordination studies.
• IEC standards knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical input and leadership on complex projects.
• Translating client requirements into engineering solutions.
• Ensuring outputs meet timeframes and budgets.
• Conducting power systems analyses with industry tools.
• Preparing detailed reports and presenting recommendations.
• Attending client meetings remotely and managing expectations.
• Mentoring junior engineers.
