Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is seeking a Process Engineer for Powder Coatings in Tekirdag to optimize production processes and formulations. You will work closely with R&D, maintenance, and production teams to ensure Right First Time output and stable throughput.

The role requires a chemical engineering degree, at least two years in chemical manufacturing, and fluency in English with Turkish as a native language. Relocation to the Tekirdag area may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; native Turkish.
• Knowledge of production organization tools (5S, SMED) and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimized production processes and formulations.
• Provide formulations for production with optimized process parameters.
• Support and coach operators on process optimization daily.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure process reliability.
• Investigate process and quality deviations and root causes.
• Describe local production processes for operator training.
• Provide training to relevant personnel.
• Provide compliance documents per IATF, ISO, REACH, ROHS, and related directives.
