Allianz Türkiye seeks a seasoned Portfolio and Project Manager to lead and govern a strategic portfolio across banking/financial initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with business objectives, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of reporting and stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes agile methods, strategic planning, and strong analytical skills, with hybrid work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

University degree required; MBA is a plus.
Experience in Project & Portfolio Management and Agile Methods.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Actively manage business project portfolio and support leaders across projects.
Provide governance and facilitation to implement initiatives aligned with company strategies.
Develop and execute portfolio and projects aligned with business requirements.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Manage portfolio and project development within time and budget constraints.
Control project scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
Support team in strategy formulation and delivery processes.
Oversee governance structures, deliverables, and reporting to Steering Committee.
