As our Playable Ads Developer , you will design and build interactive playable ads that bring our games to life through engaging, high-performing experiences.

As a key member working with our Marketing team, you will turn creative concepts and game mechanics into lightweight, polished playables, while continuously experimenting with new ideas and technologies to improve performance.

You don't just build ads: you build the first playable experience millions of players have with our games.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality HTML5 playable ads from concept to final build
• Recreate and adapt game mechanics into engaging, interactive advertising experiences
• Build lightweight, performant playables optimized for fast loading, minimum build size, and cross-device compatibility
• Partner with marketing managers and artists to turn creative concepts into playable experiences
• Iterate on playables based on campaign performance, creative testing, and A/B testing results
• Experiment with new mechanics, technologies, and creative approaches to improve playable performance
• Establish reusable components, tools, and best practices that make playable development faster and more scalable
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in playable advertising

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software, web, or game development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and modern web technologies
• Experience with Pixi.js, Three.js, Phaser, or similar rendering/game frameworks
• Strong understanding of game development fundamentals, including gameplay mechanics, animation, and user interaction
• Understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and asset optimization for web-based experiences
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performance-oriented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to move quickly from concept to working prototype
• A builder mindset with a passion for games, interactive experiences, and creative technology

Nice to Have

• Previous experience developing playable ads for mobile games
• Experience with Unity and C#
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry, especially casual or hybrid-casual games
• Familiarity with mobile advertising networks and playable ad requirements
• Experience with creative testing, A/B testing, or performance marketing
• Experience building internal tools, reusable frameworks, or development pipelines
