Job summary

Rubiklabs in Turkey is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to own the Kubernetes platform that powers three products today and will scale to many more tomorrow. You will design and operate the control plane with a bias toward reliability and automation.

Keep deployments under 60 seconds and ensure automatic rollbacks when error thresholds are hit. You'll handle on-call Pager duty, fix incidents at 4 AM, and write clear retrospectives and runbooks for immediate use by teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production infrastructure across large, multi-service deployments.
• Experience with environments where one commit touches hundreds of services.
• Strong reliability, automation, and on-call culture.
• Daily comfort with Kubernetes, Linux networking, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the Kubernetes control plane at scale.
• Hold every deploy to under 60 seconds with automatic rollback on threshold breaches.
• Take pager duties: detect, fix, and write retrospectives for incidents.
• Write runbooks readable at 4 AM by engineers unfamiliar with the code.
