Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Turkey Klima Sistemleri Üretim A.Ş. (MACT) in Manisa seeks a Plastic Injection Chief to lead the injection molding team, drive process improvements, and ensure high efficiency and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in injection production, and strong English skills. The position emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English - both verbal and writing.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of production experience, especially in injection processes.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Experience in process optimization and cycle time improvement.
• Knowledge of new product implementation processes and plastic raw materials.
• Ability to perform mold trials, problem analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, OEE, scrap rates, and cycle times.
• Familiar with TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Management Systems.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team management and administration.
• Supervise production activities and ensure alignment with production plans.
• Ensure occupational health and safety measures are implemented.
• Lead team management and provide coaching to staff.
• Manage shift operations and workforce planning; set targets and monitor performance.
• Drive process improvement to increase productivity.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, and Purchasing.
• Prepare departmental reports and present findings to management.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Manage installation projects.
