Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI seeks an Electrical Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of plant electrical systems, utilities and power distribution networks. The role focuses on optimizing energy consumption, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

You will oversee the electrical workshop team, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, monitor energy usage, and lead energy-saving initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency

Qualifications

• University graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in Turkish; good command of English.
• Minimum 2 years electrical engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Willing to locate in Çorlu.
• High voltage facility responsibility and certified energy/facility responsibilities incl. radiation protection.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and inspect plant electrical systems and switchgear.
• Oversee maintenance of high- and low-voltage equipment.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify saving opportunities.
• Lead electrical projects and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support to the electrical workshop.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and trainings on safe operation.
