Job summary

Boschgroup in Manisa is seeking a Master's student in Industrial Engineering for a Plant Controlling internship. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization topics.

You will support cost Controlling activities, prepare routine cost tracking reports, monitor CAPEX and depreciation, and assist in PCOS calculations. Strong analytical skills, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and English proficiency are required; availability for

Qualifications

Master's student in Industrial Engineering; internship preferred.
Availability to work at least 4 days per week.
Advanced level of English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Support cost controlling activities: standard unit costing, BOM comparison, and cost variance analysis.
Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
Assist in monitoring CAPEX, depreciation, and internal project tracking.
Support PCOS calculations and related product cost evaluations.
Contribute to efficiency improvement and cost optimization projects across value streams.
Drive digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and AI-based productivity tools.
Analyze data to provide data-driven insights and process improvements.
