Job summary

Bosch in Manisa invites a Master’s student in Industrial Engineering to join the Plant Controlling internship. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting and work on cost tracking, BOM comparison, CAPEX monitoring, and data-driven improvements.

Your responsibilities include supporting standard unit costing, material cost variance analysis, and using Power BI with Power Query to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Internship in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production area preferred.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Controlling activities, including standard unit costing, BOM comparison, and material cost variance analysis.
• Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
• Assist in monitoring CAPEX, investment depreciation, and internal project tracking.
• Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and emerging AI-based productivity tools.
• Analyze operational and financial data to provide data-driven insights and process improvements.
