Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Plant Controller to drive cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis for its manufacturing operations in Ankara. You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor production costs, analyze variances, and support investment decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in controlling, strong English communication, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This role requires willingness to relocate to Ankara and collaborate across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years in cost controlling or budgeting roles.
• Strong English communication; Turkish required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, control and analyze production and plant costs.
• Plan and control the plant budget per Henkel standards with unit managers.
• Coordinate cost allocations to the plant and maintain SAP budget modules.
• Review monthly cost development by cost center and cost element; close monthly production costs.
• Support Engineering in tracking and capitalizing investments; provide CO and reporting support.
