Job summary

Lilly in Turkey is seeking a qualified QPPV to lead pharmacovigilance activities for the region. The role involves establishing and maintaining the local pharmacovigilance system, managing adverse event cases, and ensuring compliance with GVP and national regulations.

You will collaborate with GPS, QA, medical and regulatory affairs, train staff, and oversee inspections readiness. A pharmacovigilance background with leadership experience and English medical terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health profession (Pharmacy or Physician).
• 5+ years of experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and global pharmacovigilance procedures.
• Experience in people management or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and GVP compliance in the region.
• Establish and maintain the local pharmacovigilance system and quality processes.
• Manage adverse event case intake, entry, follow-up and reporting to GPS.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; oversee performance management and succession planning.
