Job summary

WorkinGames in Istanbul, Turkey, is seeking a driven 2D Illustrator and Visual Storyteller to contribute to character and scene artwork for mobile puzzle games. You will turn briefs into compelling visuals and help craft storyboards for advertising videos.

The role emphasizes tight deadlines, high-quality design, and a passion for game art. On-site collaboration with the marketing team is essential for delivering engaging animatics and assets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce layout sketches from briefs, polish visuals, contribute ideas
• Illustrate characters, scenes, items, and other 2D visual assets
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual sequences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create storyboards for advertising videos
• Transform illustrated storyboards into engaging animatic sequences ensuring pacing and storytelling flow
• Familiarity with AI tools to support the marketing pipeline is a plus

Desired skills and experiences
