SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an accomplished Production Superintendent for a petrochemical site in Türkiye. You will oversee operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate start-ups and shutdowns in line with approved plans.

The role requires leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and strong process knowledge. Remote preparation phases exist, with subsequent resident or rotational work in Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a production superintendent in a petrochemical site.
• Experience with PDH/PP processes.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and production processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• English at B2 level; Turkish language knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production operations, meet targets and ensure safety, health, environment and security compliance.
• Coordinate Production and Offsite activities, including flare management and water quality control.
• Lead daily operations meetings and coordinate supervisors to meet scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate start-ups and shutdowns according to approved plans and support the Production Supervisor.
• Contribute to root cause analyses, reliability studies, incident investigations, training and operating procedures.
