Job summary

SPIE Oil & Gas Services is seeking a seasoned Production Superintendent for a petrochemical site (PDH/PP) to lead operations philosophy, safety, budgets, and reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in production supervision, a Master’s in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering, and strong English (B2). Turkish language or capability is a plus; expatriate opportunities include housing, travel and meals support. Based in Türkiye with remote prep and rotations to France as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a production superintendent for a petrochemical site (PDH/PP).
• Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety are advantageous.
• English at B2 level mandatory.
• Turkish nationality or ability to speak Turkish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and meet operational targets while ensuring safety, health, environmental and security compliance.
• Coordinate Production and Offsite activities including flare management and water quality control.
• Inspect operating areas, ensure housekeeping and proper waste disposal, and check work permits.
• Lead daily operations meetings and coordinate supervisors to meet scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate start-ups and shutdowns according to approved plans and support the Production Supervisor.
