Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management - Payment Resiliency to lead cross‑functional teams across the EEMEA region, aligning strategy with customer needs and market dynamics. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with strong analytical skills.
• 7+ years in business analytics, strategy, product management, or payments.
• Experience with value realization and performance optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Payment Resiliency Solutions SME in EEMEA.
• Work closely with regional sales and account management teams to support the growth of our solutions.
• Partner with Advisors Consulting Services to drive product performance improvement and to define use case opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with local Customer Success and Service Business Leads by providing SME guidance and recommendations in support of their efforts.
• Craft and present clear and compelling business cases to stakeholders to secure buy‑in for product utilization.
• Transform complex data into compelling insights, shape business narratives, and identify opportunities to create value across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Work with engineering to enhance Resiliency offerings because of direct customer feedback.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis
