Job summary

Mastercard Security Solutions in the EEMEA region seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations to translate data into actionable insights and lead executive reporting for the region. You will partner with product, finance and regional teams to drive strategic initiatives and performance reviews.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy or analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with SQL/Power BI/Tableau, plus strong storytelling and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, sales/commercial operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role in a complex commercial environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to break down open-ended questions and synthesize data
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, self-driven, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong data fluency: advanced Excel required; SQL/Power BI/Tableau advantageous
• Exceptional PowerPoint, executive communication, storytelling, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Business Performance Management: Build and maintain the operating cadence of the region including executive scorecards and KPIs
• Strategic Planning Support: represent the team in cross-functional work and track initiatives, OKRs, and business reviews
• Data analysis and commercial insights: support product and commercialization initiatives, opportunity sizing and market prioritization
• Functional operations: workforce planning, process excellence and automation, exec visit planning and follow ups
