The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) at Roche Turkey is a cross-functional leader who brings patient-focused insights to the organization, ensuring value creation for patients and the ecosystem. You will work with Therapeutic Area Experts and other teams to connect Roche’s capabilities with the patient journey.

Hematology knowledge is required. Min. 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in hematology. You enjoy a robust understanding of medical affairs, access strategies, and tactics, including clinical research. You have a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance topics to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
