The Position

An exciting function within Roche, bringing added value for patients, the ecosystem & Roche! Healthcare continues to change: radical innovation, increased openness to change, increasing patient empowerment, multiple sources of medical information, and pressure on public spending. As a result of all this, the needs of our stakeholders continue to evolve. The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the center of the new Roche organization, bringing in actionable customer insights to the organization to ensure value creation for patients, the ecosystem, and Roche.

  • Profoundly understand the ecosystem (both public and private) needs and co-create solutions with external stakeholders.
  • Establish trust & credibility with ecosystems based on partnerships and a common purpose for better access to novel care.
  • Educate & provide targeted information to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Deliver care support around the patient’s journey based on insights brought from the ecosystems.
