Job summary

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) at Roche Turkey is a cross-functional leader who brings patient-focused insights to the organization, ensuring value creation for patients and the ecosystem. You will work with Therapeutic Area Experts and other teams to connect Roche’s capabilities with the patient journey.

You will drive in-depth scientific discussions, product promotion, and partnerships, steward Roche products through their lifecycle, and educate stakeholders to enable informed care

Qualifications

• Hematology knowledge required; 5+ years pharma industry experience (preferably hematology).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance topics in medical affairs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth scientific discussions, product promotion, and partnerships.
• Co-create value with external stakeholders to support patient journeys.
• Steward Roche products through their lifecycles and ensure appropriate use.
