Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Packaging Development Manager for the Lüleburgaz Plant. You will translate marketing ideas and consumer needs into technically industrialized packaging solutions and lead the development of packaging concepts that align with production capabilities.

You will coordinate pilot and industrial trials, analyze data, support launches, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive innovation across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant packaging/food science fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in packaging or packaging production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing and consumer needs into technically industrialized packaging solutions.
• Lead development of packaging concepts ensuring compatibility with manufacturing units.
• Coordinate pilot trials and industrial trials, analyze data and support launches.
• Collaborate with packaging suppliers and Danone Dairy R&I Pack community.
• Lead packaging development trials and projects across functions.
