Job summary

Dentakay Dental Clinic in Istanbul is seeking an Organizational Development & Talent Management Specialist to advance our people strategy. You will lead design and improvement of OD and talent initiatives, partner with business units, and shape workforce planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in OD/HR roles, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS/Power BI. Fluency in English is essential as we serve international patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of Organizational Development and Talent Management processes.
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, evaluations, calibration.
• Support competency management, career development, succession planning.
• Analyze HR processes and design improvements.
• Coordinate HR projects and drive timely completion.
• Support organizational structure, job analysis, and role definitions.
• Contribute to workforce planning and headcount studies.
• Assist HR digital transformation and process documentation.
• Prepare HR reports on performance, talent and turnover.
• Develop HR dashboards and data-driven HR practices.

Position: Organizational Development & Talent Management Specialist / Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Supporting / Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Organizational Development and Talent Management processes
• Taking an active role in performance management processes, including performance cycles, goal setting, evaluation, calibration, and related analyses
• Supporting competency management, talent assessment, career development, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
• Analyzing existing HR processes, identifying improvement areas, and contributing to the design and implementation of new HR processes
• Taking responsibility for assigned HR projects and workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, following up on actions, and ensuring timely completion
• Supporting organizational structure, job analysis, job description, and role-related projects
• Contributing to workforce planning, FTE, and organizational effectiveness studies
• Supporting HR digital transformation projects by analyzing process requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating implementation activities, and participating in testing and user acceptance processes
• Preparing HR reports and analyses related to performance, talent, headcount, turnover, and other people metrics
• Supporting the development of HR dashboards and data-driven HR practices

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, etc.)
• Experience in OD, HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR roles
• Solid understanding of HR processes and basic labor law
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work closely with business units and field operations
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR technologies is an advantage
• Experience with HR analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel is a plus)
• Fluency in English
