As the team dives deeper into modeling industrial systems, we need someone who can help create statistical models of individual machine behaviors based on sensor data and experimentation. The eventual goal is to link these models together to allow optimization of whole industrial systems.
You will develop stochastic modeling and optimization approaches for real-world industrial systems, design and evaluate models, and help translate complex physical processes into mathematical or computational abstractions.
