Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking team members to support global pharmaceutical logistics and ensure the secure, compliant handling of critical healthcare shipments.

You will work within a team focused on precise packaging, documentation checks, and adherence to SOPs across inbound, outbound, and relocation processes. The role emphasizes coordination with transportation teams and strict attention to packaging, labeling, and temperature-controlled handling to safeguard products and meet regulatory

Responsibilities

• Comply with World Courier SOP for reception and shipment of materials.
• Compare received materials with documentation to certify concordance or disagreement.
• Load/unload packages, verify contents, and prepare box contents per packing list.
• Verify good order of packages and envelopes during pickups and deliveries.
• Train to control materials characteristics (ID, expiration date, patient kit, temperature and storage).
• Maintain ability to perform relabeling, stock, balance and relocations as needed.
• Operate the IT systems for inbound, outbound, return and relocation processes.
• Ensure refurbishment and gel pack conditioning meets World Courier procedures.
• Perform duties related to shipments such as packaging, box closing and labeling.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materials.
• Compare the material received with the documentation forwarded in order to certify concordance or disagreement.
• Load, unload company vehicles with/of packages scheduled for pickups/deliveries; check correctness and completeness of consignment during pickups/deliveries; Prepare box contents according to what´s described on WC Packing List.
• Verify good order of packages and/or envelopes;
• The Operator must have the training and the capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, patient’s kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be useful.
• The Operator must be specifically trained in order to perform activities related to shipments such as the packaging preparation, box closing and labeling.
• Perform activities on the Operative System related to the Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
• Ensure that Refurbishment and Gel pack conditioning processes are maintained and complies wit World Courier procedures
• Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Facility.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
