Job summary

World Courier is seeking a logistics operator to support the reception, packaging and shipment of pharmaceutical materials. You will follow SOPs, verify documents and ensure correct handling of packages.

The role requires careful attention to detail, ability to work with temperature-controlled processes, and willingness to perform duties across inbound, outbound, returns and relocations as part of our global healthcare logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with World Courier SOP, which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materials.
• Compare the material received with the documentation forwarded in order to certify concordance or disagreement.
• Load, unload company vehicles with/packages scheduled for pickups/deliveries; check correctness and completeness of consignments during pickups/deliveries.
• Prepare box contents according to what´s described on WC Packing List.
• Verify good order of packages and/or envelopes.
• The Operator must have the training and the capability required to control materials characteristics (ID number, expiration date, patient’s kit, and temperature and storage conditions).
• The Operator must be trained to perform packaging preparation, box closing and labeling.
• Perform activities on the Operative System related to the Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
• Ensure that Refurbishment and Gel pack conditioning processes are maintained and complies with World Courier procedures.
• Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Facility.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
