Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is a leading global pharmaceutical solutions company seeking a Quality Assurance professional to coordinate quality documentation, maintain audit readiness, and monitor deviations and nonconformances to support compliance across our operations.

You will contribute to corrective and preventive actions, manage supplier quality records, and prepare routine quality reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, life sciences, engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, compliance, auditing, supplier quality, or related field.
• Certification in Quality Improvement Associate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates quality documentation, controlled records, and tracking logs to support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains audit and inspection readiness materials by organizing evidence, monitoring action items, and supporting timely closure of findings.
• Monitors quality events, deviations, complaints, or nonconformances and updates systems to support accurate reporting and follow‑through.
• Supports corrective and preventive action activities by documenting issues, tracking remediation status, and escalating overdue actions as needed.
• Coordinates supplier quality administration activities by maintaining qualification records, performance data, and issue logs for third‑party oversight.
• Implements routine quality checks and document reviews to verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
• Prepares recurring quality reports and status updates that support management review, trend visibility, and operational decision-making.
