Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Operator for its Machining Department. The role involves operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines, preparing CAM programs, and maintaining equipment while reading technical drawings. The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and reside on the European side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities include daily machine maintenance, safety compliance, and precise setup of workpieces to ensure quality output.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College with a degree in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines.
• Proficient in NX CAM software and capable of preparing CAM programs.
• Sound knowledge of mold manufacturing processes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in use of calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc.
• Able to work in a shift-based environment; resides in European side of Istanbul; male candidates with no military service obligation.
