Job summary

We seek an operations professional to own and continuously improve end-to-end processes, driving efficiency and scalable execution in a dynamic fintech environment.

You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve service levels aligned with customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations or process management.
• Experience in e‑commerce, fintech, or banking is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end operational processes by identifying gaps and standardizing workflows.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new operational processes.
• Monitor end-to-end operational flows (supply chain, logistics, field operations) and ensure smooth execution.
• Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels.
• Identify operational issues early and resolve them in a scalable way.
• Participate in daily operations to ensure reliable execution.
• Translate operational strategies into day-to-day actions.
• Monitor key KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Take hands-on approach across analysis and execution.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes by identifying gaps, standardizing workflows, and driving efficiency.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new operational processes.
• Follow up on end-to-end operational flows (supply chain, logistics, field operations) and ensure smooth execution.
