Job summary

Bosch in Manisa invites a highly motivated 3rd year Industrial Engineering student or Master student to join as an Operational Excellence Smart Start intern. You will support 5S process implementation, document controls, and training preparations in a hands-on setting.

This 11-month continuous trainee program requires availability for at least 3 working days per week, strong communication and analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude to take on responsibilities within the Manisa Plant.

Qualifications

• 3rd year or Master student at Industrial Engineering or related departments.
• Being a student for minimum 11 months continuously.
• Being able to work for minimum 3 working days in our Manisa Plant.
• High communication & cooperation skills.
• High result orientation & analytical thinking.
• Eager to learn new things and willing to take new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Controlling and ensuring the completion of project documents and assessment evidence in collaboration with element owners.
• Informing responsible parties about the 5S process and taking part in 5S tours
• Organizing all necessary preparations for training/workshop
