Job summary

UMGC Europe in Adana, Turkey, seeks a Program and National Test Center Coordinator (100% FTE, Full-Time) to serve as the on-site UMGC representative. You will deliver academic, administrative and testing support, engage with the military community, and manage CRM-based communications with students.

The role reports to the Assistant Director and collaborates with regional staff, education center personnel, and faculty to support UMGC programs and services both on base and in the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited institution or equivalent.
• Background in customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with accurate attention to detail.
• Possess basic office management and clerical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check and meet ILS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with superior customer service as an advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle.
• Promote and support UMGC services including hybrid classes, testing services, and events.
• Maintain offices/test centers per test agency standards.
• Manage CRM databases (Salesforce, PeopleSoft) and document student contact.
• Coordinate with ESO, counselors, and military partners to support UMGC programs.
• Organize local outreach activities and participate in education fairs and open houses.
