Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team in Bursa, Turkey. This full-time, on-site position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment while supporting critical data center operations. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting incidents and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in data center operations, excellent cabling skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Experience with DCIM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.

Skills

Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems

Education

Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)

Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco)

Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA)
