Job summary

A global leader in data center services is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician in Konya, Turkey, to provide on-site technical support. The technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Remote Hands support, server rack installation, and hardware troubleshooting. Candidates should have hands-on experience with data center infrastructure and strong communication skills in English. Additional certifications like CompTIA Server+ or CCNA are a plus. Flexible availability for urgent requests is also required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure is essential.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and networking is required.
• Flexibility to manage urgent requests, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support.
• Install and decommission server racks.
• Manage cross-connect and patch panels.
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Perform visual inspections and inventory audits.

Skills

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Knowledge of server hardware

Knowledge of networking and cabling standards

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment
