Job summary

A leading data center provider in Istanbul, Turkey is looking for a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at world-class facilities. This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years of experience in data center operations, expert cabling skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server equipment, as well as performing structured cabling and managing environmental systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills for copper and fiber optic.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling for copper and fiber optics.
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems including power and cooling.
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
