Job summary

Expro seeks an Assistant Operator for offshore subsea projects in Türkiye. You will work within a team to assist, under supervision, with preparation and running of subsea equipment to ensure safe offshore operations in line with Company procedures.

The role requires formal technical qualifications and experience in offshore environments, with hands-on Electro-Hydraulic or Direct Hydraulic equipment operations.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge gained through competency for grade.
• Formal technical qualification.
• Previous working experience in an offshore environment.
• Practical operational experience with Electro-Hydraulic and/or Direct Hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with preparation and running of Subsea equipment for operations under supervisory guidance.
• Attend and participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings when required.
• May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, maintenance and return of equipment.
• Liaise with offshore Supervisor & team members to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with relevant parties ensuring effective communication and guidance to achieve safe operations and task completion.
• Liaise with clients representatives when required in a professional manner ensuring quality of service to client
