Job summary

Mod Offshore is seeking a Technical Office and Planning Engineer for SPS projects in offshore drilling operations. You will collect, analyze, and present project data to ensure accurate reporting to management and stakeholders, supporting project success across offshore and onshore phases.

Ideal candidates can demonstrate strong reporting, analytical, and data management capabilities, with experience in project controls, planning, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in reporting, project controls, planning, or similar functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and data tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and data management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Project Reports – Daily, Weekly.
• Support schedule monitoring and progress tracking with Sr. Planning Specialist.
• Concatenate data from multiple disciplines and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Establish reporting templates, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure timely communication of project performance and reporting results.
