Amcor in Izmir, Turkey, is seeking a Process Lead (Offset Printing) to lead production operations and a multidisciplinary team on site. The role requests a university degree in engineering and at least 3 years in production leadership within industrial settings, preferably offset printing, with Turkish and English proficiency.

You will drive Lean, 5S, OHSE, and ISO quality practices, manage costs, and develop the operations team while delivering on safety and quality standards on a global

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering departments.
• Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations (preferably offset printing).
• Good command of Turkish & English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Access, Excel macros.
• Experience with lean methods, 5S, OHSE, ISO quality systems and cost management.
• Customer focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production aligns with company standards, quality, time and cost targets.
• Oversee area/product performance, quality, costs and delivery by the team.
• Interpret product specs and customer requirements; plan production accordingly.
• Organize production processes per procedures and instructions.
• Identify production problems and drive problem-solving to meet customer needs.
• Maintain safety, food safety and environmental standards consistently.
• Support lean systems, Kaizen projects and TPM activities.
