Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Technologist (Offset Printing) in Izmir, Turkey, to join the Operations/Production team. The role requires a strong background in ink and offset printing with cross-functional collaboration and English fluency.

You will support product development, industrialize new jobs, and drive cost and waste reductions while ensuring manufacturing processes meet customer quality expectations. Travel is unrestricted and the position is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 3 years in printing/packaging; ink and offset printing background.

Responsibilities

Support product development by providing manufacturing capabilities for new product launches.
Manage new job industrialization to ensure quality requirements are met.
Identify and implement plans for cost reduction, waste reduction, and process improvement; support quality.
Lead continuous improvement and procurement saving projects related to process optimization.
Manage Non Conformity Control with Supply Chain and Quality teams.
Coordinate communication among manufacturing, quality, development, procurement and suppliers.
