Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required.
• Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and thought leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and investigator engagement.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience working cross-functionally in matrix organisations.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance and pharmacovigilance processes.
• Fluency in English and local languages where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchanges on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy and local landscape.
• Support clinical research activities, site identification, feasibility and patient recruitment.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to global objectives.
• Gather actionable medical insights to inform strategic planning.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Commercial teams to ensure compliant activities.
