Job summary

Yıldız Tech is seeking a Network Specialist to support the Turkish region, ensuring reliable network performance and security. You’ll participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls, while collaborating with diverse teams on critical network projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of network operations experience, strong English skills, and solid documentation abilities, in a dynamic, growth-focused environment within the Yıldız ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of proven Network Department experience.
• Familiarity with network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT Network support services to the Turkish region.
• Ensure internal SLAs are met.
• Monitor network performance and health; address issues proactively.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)..
• Assist in budget planning and collaboration on network security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects.

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in Network departmants.
• Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Interest in networking hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls and olsa LAN/WAN technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address network-related issues.
• Ability to analyze network traffic and performance data to make informed decisions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
