Job summary

UMGC Europe in Adana, Turkey is seeking a Backup Program and National Test Center Coordinator on a 48% FTE, part-time basis. You will support prospects and students, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with Education Center staff while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities include tracking enrollments, organizing local events, providing testing services, and reporting monthly statistics. A bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in customer service.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong office management and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative support to prospects and students.
• Document student contact in CRM and schedule follow-ups.
• Coordinate with host Education Services Officer and staff.
• Organize local Education Fairs, Open Houses and events as needed.
• Track enrollments, plan scheduling, and assist with classroom logistics.
• Provide National Test Center testing and balance duties.
• Attend staff meetings and compile monthly statistics.
