Job summary

GoStudent GmbH in Istanbul is seeking a Centre Manager to lead our first learning centre. You will oversee daily operations, schedule, and ensure top-quality services while building a local tutor team and education advisors.

You will drive local marketing and sales, nurture relationships with students and parents, and shape curriculum and class schedules. A proactive leader with strong Turkish and English communication will thrive in this hybrid setup.

Your Role in Our Mission

Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment

Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

• Developing the curriculum and product offering by grade level, and structuring class schedules

Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
