UN Women Türkiye seeks two National Consultants to lead the Project Results Assessment for the three‑year initiative funded by Norway. You will design the assessment, collect data through interviews and focus groups, analyze findings, and deliver a final report with actionable lessons.

Travel to Istanbul and online sessions are included. Required are a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in evaluations, with strong ethics, gender focus and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in gender studies, political science, social sciences or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in assessments, evaluations, research or results measurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Project Results Assessment for UN Women Türkiye.
• Conduct inception, data collection and analysis for the project.
• Produce a final assessment report with lessons learned and recommendations.
• Ensure ethics, inclusion and gender-responsive analysis throughout.
