Job summary

Insider One in Istanbul is seeking a versatile Motion Designer to bring Insider One’s products, stories, and brand to life through motion. You will create high‑impact work across product launches, event films, social media, paid campaigns, web, customer stories, and executive communications.

You will take projects from script and storyboard through animation, edit, sound, finishing, and final delivery, contributing ideas, developing style frames and storyboards, and collaborating with the Head

Qualifications

4+ years of motion design, animation, or video production in a B2B tech context.
Strong portfolio showing motion craft, storytelling, UI animation, and editing.
Expert level After Effects; Pro in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Solid understanding of animation timing, typography, pacing, and sound.
Ability to own work from concept through storyboard, animation, editing, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Create polished motion content for product launches, events, campaigns, social, and execs.
Translate briefs into concepts, storyboards, style frames, and animatics.
Animate product UI, data, diagrams, typography, logos, and transitions.
Edit live-action footage with motion graphics, color, sound, and finishing.
Contribute to concept development, improving visual approach and pacing.
Maintain and evolve the video design system with templates and components.
Adapt creative for channels, audiences, markets, languages, and aspect ratios.
Maintain clean file hygiene and organized project workflows.
Collaborate with Head of Video and stakeholders to protect creative intent.
Apply AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and localization while preserving craft.
