We are currently looking for a Molecular Biology and Genetics graduate to join our Molecular Laboratory team with the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Genetics and Bioengineering, Biology, or a related field
• Knowledge of basic molecular genetic techniques (e.g., DNA isolation, PCR, electrophoresis)
• Proficiency in English, sufficient to read and understand scientific literature
• Ability to adapt to laboratory workflow and discipline
• Responsible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to establish effective and positive interactions
• Goal-oriented and motivated to work toward defined objectives
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, well-organized, and attentive to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in a molecular genetics laboratory
• Knowledge of or experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems, especially ISO 15189
