Job summary

Rotatelab, a premier mobile game studio in Turkey, is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for one of its live games.

You will define features and live-ops events from concept to launch, dig into player metrics, run experiments, and coordinate with developers, designers, artists, and marketing to hit KPIs for engagement, retention, and monetization.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for one of our games.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for your game
• Define features and live-ops events from concept to launch and evaluation
• Dig into metrics to understand players and guide decisions
• Run A/B tests and turn results into a clear plan of action
• Coordinate developers, designers, artists, and marketing around shared goals
• Set and track KPIs for engagement, retention, and monetization

What we're looking for

• Product management experience on a live mobile / free-to-play game
• A data-driven approach and comfort with game analytics
• Experience planning and running live-ops
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Sharp prioritization knowing what matters and what can wait
• A real love for games and understanding of what makes them stick
