ING Türkiye is seeking a Digital Banking Customer Journey Expert - Mobile within the Retail Banking Group, in the Mobile team, responsible for enhancing the retail customers’ innovation and digitalization journey and delivering differentiated customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in product development in tech-driven environments such as fintechs, banks, or telcos, with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, plus fluency in English and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Industrial Engineering Economics, Business Administration)
• +4 year of experience in product development in technology-driven companies, fin-techs, banks, telco, etc.
• Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi- task and result and detail oriented personality
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving
• Coordinates multiple initiatives simultaneously in ever-changing environment
• A learner mindset with willingness to try new approaches, innovate, and improve
• Open-minded with perfect knowledge of new technologies
• Good command of MS office programs
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
