Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, textile, apparel, or retail is preferred.
• Interest in product development, production, and merchandising.
• Strong communication and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Excellent follow-up, planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Office applications.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fit meetings for multiple collections and coordinate supplier revisions.
• Monitor sample development and production with suppliers.
• Track timelines, quality standards, and product specs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support communication between suppliers and Quality Control.
• Assist in preparing retail prices and systems entry.
• Coordinate trims and accessories production and delivery to suppliers.
• Provide product data and barcode details to suppliers.
• Monitor shipment and customs clearance for international sourcing.
• Maintain production status and delivery updates across teams.
