Job summary

Personify Health is seeking a dedicated professional to guide members through health decisions by translating biometric and health data into personalized next steps. You’ll conduct scheduled consultations and proactive outreach, applying motivational interviewing to connect members with coaching and resources that align with their health goals.

You’ll document each interaction accurately, strive for high satisfaction scores, and navigate resistance with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years experience in benefits navigation, health education, social work, or phone-based customer support in health tech or insurance.
Experience with behavior change techniques or sales approaches that drive program engagement.

Responsibilities

Deliver 15-minute member-scheduled consultations to review biometric results and health assessments, translating clinical information into next steps.
Apply motivational interviewing to build rapport and connect members to suitable programs and resources.
Run proactive outreach calls to enroll members into coaching or reschedule missed appointments, helping set a first achievable goal.
Meet performance targets: 80% average Call Review score and 95% MSAT on consults; 80% Call Review and 40% conversion on outreach.
Document interactions accurately in line with quality and operational standards and maintain clean records.
Navigate member resistance professionally to find a path forward when possible.
