Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a Medical Advisor to define and execute medical strategy across Medical Care and Dermocosmetics with a focus on oncology. You will ensure medical accuracy and ethical standards while collaborating with Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.

In this role you will interact with healthcare professionals, manage clinical study projects, and contribute to health authority dossiers within a multinational environment. This position is based in Turkey.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/Master level scientific training required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in Medical Affairs within a multinational company.
• Strong ethics, integrity and ability to network with authorities and HCPs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Medical Advisor to join Pierre Fabre. This is a unique role where you will define and execute the medical strategy across both our Medical Care and Dermocosmetics divisions, with a specialized focus on innovative oncology. You will be responsible for defining the medical and patient strategy, ensuring medical accuracy, and maintaining high ethical standards in close collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Medical & Patient Centricity

• Define and execute the medical strategy and patient-centricity initiatives for your assigned brands/indications, ensuring perfect alignment with Corporate strategies and local market needs.
• Collect and report territorial needs and insights to the Corporate teams through the Medical Director or Regional Directors.
• Interact with healthcare professionals through a field presence of up to 40% of their time

Deployment & Operational Excellence

• Full deployment of all medical plan activities for assigned indications.
• Set up, manage, and coordinate clinical study projects with healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the execution of Corporate-led clinical studies within the local territory.
• Generate high-quality content and manage the omnichannel dissemination of medical data.
• Manage interactions regarding product access requests from healthcare professionals.

Accuracy & Medical Expertise

• Provide medical expertise to local teams on the products and therapeutic indications by ensuring your scientific knowledge is constantly updated.
• Collaborate on the development of dossiers for health authorities with Regulatory and Market Access departments.
• Guarantee the medical quality, consistency, and compliance of all promotional and non-promotional content developed by Marketing.
• Validate the relevance and accuracy of all medical projects.

Compliance, Ethics & Representation

• Ensure all medical activities comply with local/international regulatory and ethical standards.
• Represent Pierre Fabre before healthcare professionals, patient associations, and healthcare authorities.
• Coordinate meetings and foster high-quality relationships with key external medical interlocutors (KOLs).

Budget & Impact Monitoring

• Define and monitor the medical budget for your portfolio in collaboration with the GM and Medical Director.
• Track the deployment and impact of the medical plan through appropriate reporting.
• Ensure the sharing of medical best practices between regional teams and DMPC levels.

Requirements:

• MD, Pharmacist, PhD, or Master’s level scientific training.
• A minimum of 2-3 years in Medical Affairs within a multinational company (Oncology experience is a plus).
• In-depth medical knowledge and ability to analyze and interpret scientific results.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining networks with Health Authorities, HCPs, and Patient Associations.
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Self motivated and proactive individual
• Project management, and strategic business planning.
