Job summary

Eti in Turkey is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support factory machinery and ensure the reliability of auxiliary plant equipment. You will lead fault interventions and participate in improvement works such as Kaizen, Product Safety, and OHS.

You will monitor performance indicators, support emergency maintenance, and contribute to investment plan studies related to machinery and systems. Fluent English and a Mechanical Engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 3 years of work experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities ensuring reliability of auxiliary plant equipment.
• Perform fault interventions and participate in improvement works (Kaizen, OHS).
• Follow up and report performance indicators and targets.
• Support mechanical emergency maintenance as needed by facilities.
• Monitor failures and determine preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Participate in investment plan studies related to machinery and systems.

Job description

The equipment inside the factory (machinery, auxiliary facilities, infrastructure, etc.) extension of economic use periods, realization of maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient and effective use and realization of improvement projects.

What We Expect From You?

• To carry out maintenance activities that will ensure the reliability of auxiliary plant equipment in the factory and to carry out fault interventions,
• In the improvement works carried out in the factory (Kaizen, Product Safety, OHS, etc.) to take charge,
• To follow up and report on the performance indicators and targets under its responsibility,
• To support mechanical emergency maintenance activities in factories with the demand from the facilities,
• To monitor failures, to realize the recurrence of chronic failures by determining preventive maintenance and improvement activities,
• To participate in the investment plan studies related to machinery, equipment and systems.
